East Allegheny School District Attention: Food Service Management Companies The East Allegheny School District is requesting proposals for school food service management services. The Food Service Management Company will provide management services according to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and guidelines, as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Education policies and guidelines. Request for proposals may be obtained at the District Administration Office, phone 412-824-8012 ext. 4157. Food Service Management Companies and/or their representatives may submit proposals to: East Allegheny School District, Toni Valicenti, Direct of Fiscal Affairs, 1150 Jacks Run Road, North Versailles, PA 15137 The East Allegheny School District Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposals that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the school district. All proposals must be submitted no later that 10:00 a.m. on April 4, 2014. All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to East Allegheny School District and be clearly marked: Food Service Management Bid. Bids will be opened publicly at the East Allegheny School District Administration Office at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 4, 2014 A mandatory walk-through meeting is scheduled for March 28, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. at the East Allegheny School District Administration Office, 1150 Jacks Run Road North Versailles, PA 15137.
