BID NOTICE Highlands School District is accepting sealed bids for lawn care services. Bid specifications may be obtained at the Highlands Administrative Center, 1500 Pacific Avenue, PO Box 288, Natrona Heights, PA 15065, (724) 226 2400, ext. 4529. Deadline for submitting bids is 12:00 noon, Monday, March 17, 2014. The Highlands School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and award in any manner deemed by it, in its sole discretion to be in the best interests of Highlands School District.
