Receipt of a Report (Section 304(n)(2)(1)) Notice is hereby given that Guardian Industries Corp. (Guardian) has submitted a Remedial Investigation Report to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Southwest Regional Office, to document the characterization of site soil and groundwater and demonstrate proposed attainment of the exposure pathway identification and elimination site-specific standard for the site located at 1000 Glasshouse Road, Jefferson Hills Borough, Allegheny County. Guardian has indicated that any remediation measures to be taken will attain compliance with the exposure pathway elimination site-specific cleanup standard established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act. This notice is made under the provision of the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. #4, No. 2.
