PORT AUTHORITY OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT MONTOUR CHURCH ROAD SITE TAX PARCEL NUMBER 412-M-50 TOWNSHIPS OF ROBINSON AND NORTH FAYETTE, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR PURCHASE OF SITE Port Authority of Allegheny County (Port Authority) is seeking responsive bids to a Request for Bids for Purchase of Site (Site RFB) from interested and financially capable individuals, developers, companies and/or firms to acquire an approximately 7.7699 acre parcel of vacant and graded land that fronts Montour Church Road in the Townships of Robinson and North Fayette, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania (the Site) from Port Authority. Port Authority is fee simple owner of the Site, and it has identified the Site as excess property. Accordingly, Port Authority is seeking bids to sell the Site for a minimum asking price of $1.66 million or the highest responsive offer received. In the event of receipt of multiple responsive bids of equal dollar values, Port Authority will provide those responsive bidders submitting bids in equal monetary amounts with the opportunity to submit best and final offers to acquire the Site. The Site RFB will be available on or after 9 a.m. on Monday, March 17, 2014 on Port Authority's website at the following link: http://www.portauthority.org/paac/CompanyInfoProjects/DoingBusiness/PropertyOfferings.aspx.
