Invitation to Bid Mt. Lebanon School District Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Jefferson Middle School Roof Replacement Sealed bids will be received by the Mt. Lebanon School District, Pittsburgh, PA, until the 16th day of April 2014, at 9:00 a.m. local time. Bids should be addressed to: Facilities Department, Mt. Lebanon School District, 7 Horsman Drive, Pittsburgh PA 15228. The bid envelope should be clearly marked “Sealed Bid for JMS-ROOF REPLACEMENT” –DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 9:00 AM, April 16, 2014. A pre-bid walk through is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9, at 1:30 p.m. to view the project area. Bidders should meet the Project Manager at the front entrance of Jefferson Middle School located at 21 Moffett Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15228. Attendance is not mandatory. A cashier's check or a bid bond in an amount equal to ten (10) percent of the bid payable to Mt. Lebanon School District, Pittsburgh PA, shall be submitted with the bid to guarantee the bidder's entrance into a contract if awarded the contract. No bid may be waived or returned because the bidder has failed to, or cannot comply with any requirements as set forth in the plans, specifications, or any applicable legal statutes. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of opening the bids. Specifications may be obtained from the Facilities Office, Mt.
