Lebanon Municipal Building, 710 Washington Road on Thursday evening, May 1, 2014, at 7:30 p.m., (prevailing time). APPEAL NO. 1704 OWNER: Mr. Rich Marchione, 637 Crystal Drive, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15228 APPELLANT: Mr. Rich Marchione, 637 Crystal Drive Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15228 LOCATION: 637 Crystal Drive, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15228 The appellant is requesting a variance to Ordinance No. 2636, Chapter XX, and the following sections: §808 Fences and Walls. The following requirements for fencing and walls apply to all districts in Mt. Lebanon: 808.3 Fence Location. 808.3.1 Unless otherwise stated, no Fence shall be allowed in the Front Yard. The applicant is requesting this variance for the construction of a fence to be set parallel to Broadmoor Avenue and not follow the recorded building line. A section of fence 20 feet in length will encroach 10 feet beyond the recorded line. The application for this request was received by the Chief Inspector and it was determined that the matter should properly come before the Zoning Hearing Board.
