OFFICIAL BOROUGH OF FRANKLIN PARK NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council of the Borough of Franklin Park, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, at a regular public meeting to be held on May 21, 2014 at 8:00 p.m. prevailing local time, at the Franklin Park Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road, intends to consider Subdivision Application SS-14-05-03 filed by NVR, Inc./Ryan Homes for the Ridge Forest PRD Lot 210 Revised, a minor subdivision to subdivide existing lots into townhome units at the location of the party walls, located at 1966 Georgetown Drive through 1970 Georgetown Drive in the R-4, PRD Zoning District; The application may be examined weekdays during regular business hours in the office of the Building and Zoning Department.
