Home Healthcare Group Medical, 394 Rodi Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15235 Notice is hereby given that on May 24, 2014, the participation of Home Healthcare Group Medical in the Medicare program will be terminated. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has determined that the Home Healthcare Group Medical is not in compliance with the Medicare requirements for a provider of home health services.
