REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The South Park School District is seeking proposals for equipment and professional services for a datacenter virtualization project. The proposer must agree to a project implementation completion no later than July 31st. The goal of the school district is to deploy and maintain a reliable and robust server infrastructure and backup solution at a competitive cost that will serve the current and future needs of the district. The proposal should include the following elements: 1. Experience and qualifications as well as the experience in datacenter virtualization, networking and infrastructure support. 2. Service Team including a description of the members of the staff which will be assigned to the School District; 3. The vendor should describe their service approach specific to the Education Industry needs; 4. Compensation; 5. Must provide 3 client references that we may contact, two of which must be clients of the local office submitting the proposal. Fifteen (15) copies of the proposal are due at the office of Edward Gannis, Business Manager, South Park School District, 2005 Eagle Ridge Road, South Park, PA 15129 by May 30, 2014 at 3:30 p.m. The envelope should be marked "Datacenter Proposals". The School District will not accept electronic or facsimile communications. The proposer assumes responsibility for the delivery of the proposals.
