The City of Pittsburgh announces that it is pleased to invite interested parties to respond to a Request for Proposal ("RFP"). As explained in detail in the RFP, the City is requesting a proposal for a comprehensive web-based grant research, training, tracking and management software. Three (3) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy of the proposal must be received no later than 3pm, Eastern Daylight Time, on Wednesday, July 9th, 2014. All hard copy submissions should be mailed to City of Pittsburgh, Department of Finance, C/o Brandon Forbes, 2nd Floor City-County Building, 414 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. Electronic copies should be sent to brandon.forbes@pittsburghpa.gov. Information on this RFP may be obtained from the City's website, www.pittsburghpa.gov , or by sending an email to brandon.forbes@pittsburghpa.gov. The City encourages responses from small firms, minority-owned business enterprises, women-owned business enterprises, veteran-owned small businesses, and firms who have not previously done business with the City.
