NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received by the Upper St. Clair Township School District in the Administrative Offices, 1820 McLaughlin Run Road, Upper St. Clair, Pennsylvania 15241 no later than 10:00 a.m., prevailing time, Wednesday, July 30, 2014, with bid opening at 10:15 a.m., for the following items: - High School Parking Lot Steps - High School Athletic Bridge Instructions along with specifications upon application may be obtained by contacting Joe Wightkin, Aramark Facilities Manager, at (412) 833-1600 Ext. 2340. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, July 21, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. for the Parking Lot Steps and at 2:00 PM for the Athletic Bridge, both meetings held at the Upper St. Clair High School Main Office.
