THREE Rivers Workforce Investment Board (3RWIB) is seeking innovative solutions for workforce services for adults and dislocated workers in the City of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County. The successful proposer will demonstrate innovative service delivery solutions to the nearly 32,000 job seekers and 6,000 employers using the public system each year. The initial contract will be for 18 months, from January 1, 2015, to June 30, 2016, with an option to renew depending on available funding and successful performance outcomes. Funding is expected to be between $3 and $5 million over the course of the contract; however, final funding awards will be based on WIA funding allocations, 3RWIB priorities and other factors at the discretion of 3RWIB.
