OFFICIAL BOROUGH OF FRANKLIN PARK NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council of the Borough of Franklin Park, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, at a regular meeting to be held September 18, 2013, at 8:00 p.m. prevailing local time, at the Franklin Park Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road, intends to consider the following: (1) Minor Subdivision approval for Subdivision Application SS-13-09-05 submitted by NVR/Ryan Homes for the Ridge Forest PRD Lot 190 Revised, to subdivide existing lots into townhome units at the locations of the party walls, in the R-4, PRD Zoning District; (2) Preliminary and final approval for Subdivision Application No. SS-13-06-01 submitted by RLT Holdings, LLC for the Sugar Creek Plan of Lots, an 8-lot subdivision for single-family residential homes on Parcel ID Number 939-D-101, on Magee Road Extension in the R-1 Zoning District. The applications may be examined in the Building Inspection/Zoning office during regular business hours.
