Public Notification - Final Report Submission Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. #4, No. 2 (Act 2), notice is hereby given that Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. (Sunoco) has submitted a Final Report for Groundwater to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Southwest Regional Office, for the site located at 4813 and 4869 William Penn Highway (Route 22), Murrysville, Westmoreland County. Sunoco has indicated that remediation measures taken have attained the Site-specific Standards established under Act 2.
