BOROUGH OF WEST VIEW NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Borough of West View will consider adopting Ordinance # 1476 at the Regular Meeting held Thursday, December 12, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at 441 Perry Highway, Pittsburgh, PA 15229. ORDINANCE # 1476- AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF WEST VIEW, COUNTY OF ALLEGHENY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, RELATIVE TO THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF BOROUGH EMPLOYEES PENSION, ANNUITY, INSURANCE AND BENEFIT FUND OR FUNDS, TO AMEND CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE PENSION PLAN OR PROGRAM APPLICABLE TO THE POLICE OF SAID BOROUGH AND TO RESTATE IN ITS ENTIRETY SUCH PENSION PLAN OR PROGRAM.
