MT. LEBANON, PENNSYLVANIA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Mt. Lebanon Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request for a conditional use as required in Part 10, Conditional Uses, Subsection 1001 and 1002, of Chapter XX of the Mt. Lebanon Code (Zoning Ordinance). Concordia Lutheran Ministries of Pittsburgh is requesting conditional use approval for an addition to an existing building for expansion of the existing multi-purpose room for a property located at 1300 Bower Hill Road. The property is zoned R-2 Single-family Residential District with a CC-Continuing Care Overlay. Chapter XX of the Mt. Lebanon Code, Zoning, Section 405.3.2 identifies Continuing Care Facility as a conditional use in this district. A copy of the proposed plan can be viewed at the Mt. Lebanon Manager's office during regular business hours at 710 Washington Road in Mt. Lebanon. The hearing will take place on Monday, July 28, 2014, at 8:00 P.M. in the Municipal Building, 710 Washington Road, First Floor Commission Chambers.
