MT. LEBANON, PENNSYLVANIA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Mt. Lebanon Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request for a conditional use as required in Part 10, Conditional Uses, Subsection 1001 and 1002, of Chapter XX of the Mt. Lebanon Code (Zoning Ordinance). PNC Realty is requesting conditional use approval to construct a remote drive-thru banking facility on an adjacent lot to accompany their retail banking center within the Virginia Manor Shops. The facility will be located at 1721 Cochran Road. The property is zoned C-2 Community Commercial District. The Mt. Lebanon Code, Chapter XX, Zoning, Section (303.3.4) identifies Drive-Thrus as a conditional use subject to the Additional Requirements for Specified Uses in §611 and requires approval of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1002. A copy of the proposed plan can be viewed at the Mt. Lebanon Manager's office during regular business hours at 710 Washington Road in Mt. Lebanon. The hearing will take place on Monday, July 28, 2014, at 8:00 P.M. in the Municipal Building, 710 Washington Road, First Floor Commission Chambers.
